About Covering lines + Covering reward points system.

When a deadline expires, a covering thread will be posted with lines that needs covering. Everyone (including myself) are eligible to do the covers as long as you meet the following conditions:

1. You have done all your own lines, late or on time. (Bit of an obvious one.. why are you covering someone else when you have your own lines to do!)

2. You meet the requirements stated on the cover topic for that song (generally they're rules of clashing cast. for e.g. if you were Ai and you want to cover Reina, that may not be possible for that song if both of them were Ms. This is to maintain the vocal balance).

3. Unless stated otherwise, you can't cover a song if you have contributed in that song as 2 different people already. (Which means, if you were casted in that song, you can only cover one other person, if you weren't, you can cover 2)

How to do a cover
If you decide to cover a person in a song, you have to make a reply on the thread JUST BEFORE YOU RECORD, NO EARLIER THAN THAT. This is to avoid multiple people recording the same line, but also no one claims a part then sit on it for days and not recording it. If you claim a part to cover, I expect the lines to be done within 24hours. So please, only claim it if you're just about to record it. Of course, check the thread to make sure no one has claimed it already.

Covering incentives
To encourage members to help covering (also to encourage people NOT TO miss deadlines -_-) You will get a bit of a bonus for doing covers. Every cover you do, it will be recorded as 1 cover point. With cover points(CPs) and along with some conditions, it will give you some advantage and opportunity to spend it.

Removing a Strike
For both Gen Members and Trainess, if you have a strike for missing deadlines , you will recover 1 strike back if you have handed in your lines ontime for the next 6 deadlines (approximately 3 albums) and have CPs. This is not optional and your CPs will be deducted automatically this way. Which means, you will have to recover all your strikes before you can claim any bonuses.
